HOW CAN I CLOSE MY PLAYER'S ACCOUNT?
If you do not want to use your online casino player's account for whatever reason it can be closed easily and free of charge. Usually online casinos operate a policy where accounts that have not had any movement for 6 months will be regarded as dormant and will be automatically closed by the casino. In such a case you will be informed of this by email.
In the case where you would like your account to be deactivated completely by the casino and have them delete all of your personal data (transaction history, credit/debit cards/ I.D verifications etc) this can usually only be done by contacting their customer service department by email. Write to them and specify your intentions and they will usually reply with what you need to to in order to completely deactivate your account. Some casinos only close accounts without deactivating them completely but even in these instances your personal data is every bit as safe as it was when your account was active. Any queries should be directed to their customer service via email who will advise you how to proceed in the matter as there is not usually a way to simply deactivate your account from the front end of their website.
