Online poker rooms PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker have had their reputations take another blow recently as a new batch of cheques they have mailed out to winners were reported as coming back bounced. The news comes in light of $32 million of the company’s funds that have been frozen by the U.S government. Both sites have recently re-launched with a new cheque processor but news is arriving hard and fast that these new cheques are also being decline by the banks. It has been speculated that this new processor is in fact the same one that was involved in the previous steam on bounced cheques but this is yet to be officially confirmed. Gaming industry insiders are warning online gamblers to deposit these cheques with caution as they may negatively affect players credit ratings or draw attention to individual accounts used for gambling online.
